Welcome to our Airlines page.  Here you can find competitive rates on airfare.
When you head to a Con or take a vacation, stop by here and save some money.
Below are some helpful flying tips for you.

As a former airlines employee, I've learned a lot of helpful tricks over the years.
These tricks have helped save me lots of time and hassle on my trips.  One of the
things I have learned was to travel lightly.  You can't imagine how much easier it
is to get around without taking the whole house with you.

Every year I would take my family to Disneyland in California.  Every year it was
the four of us flying on stand-by and hoping we'd get on the plane.  Sometimes
our bags got on the plane and we didn't.  Do you know how many times we made
to our destination and our bags didn't ?  Can you imagine being stuck in a
strange city without cloths, swim suits for the hotel or deodorant ?  It's not fun,
let me tell you.

After being marooned several times without our travel needs, I thought there
must be a better way.  I was right !  I discovered that most airlines will allow you to
take two carry-on bags with you in the main cabin.  These bags can be no larger
than a backpack that you would send to school with your child.  Anything larger
and they will make you check your bag and charge you for it.

Here is what you do.  You take two small backpacks or duffel bags as carry-on.
One must be stowed in the over-head compartments and the other must fit under
your seat.  Make sure you take everything you need, except razors, and other
prohibited items.  You can usually buy those items when you arrive at your
destination.

We usually bring deodorant, tooth paste, tooth brushes, hair spray, brushes and
use our hotel's soap and shampoos.  Remember to only bring these items in
travel sizes.  You will also want to pack swimming suits
in your carry-on even if
you're checking in larger bags.  The reason for this is that many times, you arrive
and your bags don't until the next day !  Never, never pack your Travelers Checks
or extra money in your larger luggage !  This is a big and sometimes costly
mistake !

Another thing I've learned to do is pack my own travel snacks.  The airlines have
gotten cheap in this economy, and you'll either pay through the nose, or suffer
through skimpy portions.  I like to travel in comfort, so I usually bring a few bags
of peanuts, M&M's and other assorted junk foods.  Put these in your carry-on
bags, and make sure they are in their original unopened packages.  Trust me on
this point !

I hope my tips will serve you well on your next flying vacation.  Thanks for
dropping by, and happy traveling !!!
