BASIC:
The basic package includes your business name on the promo
posters, mention to local media and at the beginning and closing
of our event. Also included are 6 reserved seats located at the
front of the show area. One 8 X 30 " table. Additional tables are
also $25.00 each...

ADVANCED:
The advanced package includes your business name on the
promo posters and mention to the local media. Your company
will also receive banner advertising space on Hobbenese.com.
This banner advertising will run until next years convention.
Your business will also receive a 8 X 30" table at the event.
This space can be used to promote your business and sell
items. Your table may be placed up to 5' away from the wall.
You can bring extra tables to box in your area.
Your business will also receive mention at both the beginning
and ending of the event as part of our special thanks for your
donations. You will also receive 6 seats in the "RESERVED"
area.

Currently we are seeking Star Wars related items to be donated for our
charity auction. However, if your business offers services or other useful
products we will accept those too.
Your business will be mentioned at the event when we present your
donated item for auction. Everyone will know that your company cared
enough to support our local charities. The proceeds from your donated
item or service will go directly to Hastings Family Services, or may be
used as contest prizes.
If your company sells Licensed Star Wars Items, we will also display
company banners or posters with the Star Wars related imagery on them.

WHAT IS CHARITY CON ?
Charity Con is a Star Wars themed convention designed to help
Hastings charities. Charity Con features Star Wars costumes, displays
and fan made videos. Several Star Wars actors and artists have
donated autographed items for our auction.
This year we are pleased to announce our kids costume contest.
Children up to the age of 17 may participate. There will be prizes for a
few lucky contestants. Not all entries will receive a prize...
Be sure to stay for our admissions drawing ! When you donate at the
door you will automatically be entered into a Grand Prize drawing.
The drawing will take place at the end of the event. You must be
present to win. Trust us, its going to be worth the wait !

We raised enough donations to provide the Hastings Food Shelf with
four tons of food. Thanks to our vendors and supporters, we all had a
