The honor of the Klingon Empire is at stake ! We must conquer and occupy
Imperial space ! Only by joining Starcon's member profiles will we be
victorious !!! Our numbers will speak for us !

RULES OF ENGAGMENT
1. This is an occupation war. Honor requires that you do not
slander or threaten the weak imperial humans.
2. You must sign into your profile and update your blog or
visit a chat session at least once a week ! Failure to do so
will cause the Empire to lose your vote ! Being counted is an
honor !
3. You must sign in to your member profile through the
Hobbenese.com home page. If you sign in through a link
sent to you by Ning, your presence will not be counted !
Disobedience will cost The Empire a vote !
4. Every four months total Klingon and Imperial memberships
will be counted. The faction that has the highest membership
will be victorious !!!
5. The winners banner will then be posted on all of the pages
of the defeated. These banners will be linked directly to the
victor's pages. The defeated will have to suffer this dishonor
for a period of 4 months, when the next tally shall be counted.
6. The victorious will receive control over the "Victorious"
group, which is located on StarCon's home page. Here you
will educate the weak about the ways of your Empire.
7. The victorious will receive a banner on their pages
declaring them dominion over StarCon territory !!!
